But frankly I think that in itself does annoyed me a bit as well, or at least added to the farce.

I was on the phone to Sky at the same time, and in fact when I explained how I found their service unacceptable and told them I would be switching to free view - they resolved things pretty efficiently.

Still a valuable hour lost though.</description>

Not much has changed with them, though the challenger hoards are growing in number.
